The BIG St. Michael Weekend 2024

A BRILLIANT PHOTO REPORT

Sept. 28 - 30, 2024

An unforgettable weekend

Over 115 pilgrims at the Rosary Vigil/Procession honoring St. Michael the Archangel, our glorious patron and guardian.

Another Bayside convert . . .

Longtime devotee, Madeline Hughes (c.), 90, of Freehold, N.J. with her home health aide, Lucy Kester (r.) of Manalapan, N.J.

At Madeline’s request, Lucy would regularly read out loud the Message of Heaven to her. This weekly practice for a year resulted in Lucy’s conversion to Roman Catholicism! She was welcomed into the Church on Easter 2023.

And boy! is she ever thankful for the powerful Message of Our Lady of the Roses.

"When my name is returned, you will find the people flocking back into the houses of their God."

A special privilege

Andrew Stewart of Philadelphia, Penn. After every Vigil, pilgrims line up to venerate the crucifix on the Rosary and often the reliquary that contains a piece of the crucifix that Veronica of the Cross would clutch during her ecstasy, both of which were kissed by Our Lady.

A powerful blessing

During a solemn interval, the pilgrims kneel and raise their Rosary to Heaven invoking the powerful intercession of Jesus and Mary.

A dynamic speech

After the Holy Hour, we held a special meeting in honor of St. Michael at the LaGuardia Marriott Hotel. SMWA President, Michael Mangan's inspiring talk will be uploaded on YouTube.

We have a winner!

Key task volunteer, Margarita Reyes of Flushing, N.Y. won a sterling silver St. Michael medal at the raffle.

Almost there!

We raised just under $16,000. Your gift to help us achieve our goal would be greatly appreciated. Donate now!
