Need help to listen to audio |
Installing Real Media Player: The first thing you have to do is make sure that the latest version of REAL MEDIA PLAYER is installed on your computer. Go to www.real.com to download the free software. (Make sure you are logged in as the computer's administrator. You will need administrative privileges to install this software on your computer.) After the software is installed, click the appropriate audio link on the smwa.org website that you want to listen to. The audio should start playing in a few seconds. If not, follow the directions below:
Microsoft Windows users: Click the appropriate link to hear the audio. It should start playing in a few seconds. If it does not play immediately but instead asks you to save a file then save the file it presents on your computers desktop. Once saved to the desktop, right-click the file and select "OPEN WITH." Select "Real Player" from the list of applications. The audio should start playing in a few seconds. If Real Player is not on the list then select "CHOOSE PROGRAM." Scroll down the list of programs until you find Real Player. Select Real Player. The audio should start playing in a few seconds. If Read Player is still not on the list of programs then you need to install the latest version of REAL MEDIA PLAYER on your computer. Go to www.real.com to download the program.
Mac OS users: Click the appropriate link to hear the audio. It should start playing in a few seconds. If it does not play, it may either save the file automatically to your computer (probably the desktop) or it may ask you to save the file (save it on your computers desktop). Once saved to the desktop, position the mouse pointer over the file and press the CONTROL button and the left mouse button. Then choose "OPEN WITH" from the list that appears. Select "Real Player" from the list of applications. The audio should now start playing in a few seconds. If Real Media Player is not on the list then select "OTHER." Scroll down the list of programs until you find "Real Player". Select "Real Player". The audio should now start playing in a few seconds. If Read Player is still not on the list of programs then you need to install the latest REAL MEDIA PLAYER on your computer. Go to www.real.com to download the program. |
