The Heart of the Third Secret of Fatima

On the occasion of the ninth anniversary of His Coronation

During World War I, beginning on May 13, 1917, the Blessed Virgin Mary appeared at Fatima, Portugal, on the 13th day of six successive months to three shepherd children, Jacinta and Francesco Marto, and Lucia (Lucy) dos Santos. The apparition was officially declared authentic by the Roman Catholic Church on October 13, 1930.

On July 13, Our Lady delivered to the children a great secret comprised of three distinct parts, the first two of which were released by the Church in 1941.

However, it is the third part, commonly referred to as the Third Secret of Fatima, which has long been the subject of great intLucy, a Carmelite nun residing in Coimbra, Portugal, was visited by Our Lady on January 2, 1944. The Virgin said that the Bishop's command to Lucy to write down the text of the Third Secret was indeed the will of God, and that the grace and light would be given to the anguished nun to perform the difficult task.

Sister Lucy understood that the contents were to be read and disclosed to the world by the hierarchy (of Portugal or Rome) no later that 1960, or upon her death, whichever came first. Not surprisingly, it would be 1960 that Sister Lucy would be officially silenced on this matter.

Joseph Cardinal Ratzinger, the Prefect of the Sacred Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith, in an interview with an Italian journalist in August 1984, acknowledged reading the Third Secret, explaining that it contains "the dangers threatening the Faith and the life of the Christian, and therefore the world. And also the importance of the last times."

In hindsight, we can see clearly the significance of the 1960 deadline. Just 2 years later the Second Vatican Council would be convened, setting in full motion an insidious revolution and departure from tradition unmatched in the history of the Church.

And leading up to what we now know through the message of Our Lady of the Roses is the heart of the Third Secret and the tragic consequences of our grave omission: namely, that satan himself would enter into the highest realms of the hierarchy in Rome in 1972. This demonic master stroke would entrench the change, turmoil and self-destruction that characterizes the post-conciliar Church and world.

The excerpts below are culled from the vast compilation of messages (over 300) given by Heaven to the world in these latter days.  They indicate the proper conduct and perception we should have as Roman Catholics--and that Heaven demands.

Temporary secret
"I gave Lucy the Revelation as a temporary secret--as I revealed to you on two occasions.  Make a concerted effort to bring its entirety to Our children on earth.   The hierarchy have not listened to My counsel--thirty-two years lost in indecision and fear of exposure.  The Faith is shattered for many."

*It should be understood that Our Lady is merely expressing the horrid consequence of satan's presence in the Vatican: the Holy Father is not a free agent and cannot do as he wills. Thus, we take serious Heaven's frequent exhortation to earnest prayer for the papacy and for the now reigning Vicar of Christ, John Paul II. Nevertheless, Our Lord's promise to be with His Church until the end remains intact. For despite this current debacle, Christ has preserved for the faithful the validity of the sacraments.

Antichrist bishops
"Now this, My child, will bring much consternation from the clergy...."

*It was with good reason that Our Lady specifically asked in the second part of the secret for the consecration of Russia to Her Immaculate Heart. Precisely because Her request has not been obeyed to date, Russia is perpetrating one of the cruelest hoaxes in history (i.e. the so-called failure and death of communism with the replacement of a free and democratic government) with its objective remaining, as always, the same: communist enslavement of the world
